Company Information As Grady slowed down in the 1980's, leadership of the company transitioned to Vince. Hollis had moved to counter sales in 1980, and became an integral part of CCB management. When Warren Miller joined the firm in 1983, the team was formed that currently runs CCB on a daily basis. Since a major expansion in 1994, the company now utilizes an efficient 50,000 square foot complex that includes a training classroom, a spacious showroom and counter area, and, naturally, lots of inventory on the shelf to support the varying needs of their 7,000+ customers. The company now has over 40 employees, many whom have long terms of service, such as office manager Jane Hutchison (22 years), outside sales specialist Fred Loyd (13 years), and journeyman machinist Harvey Magana (16 years). |
